Placing an Order
It is easy to place an order at www.eenimeeni.com using your credit card or paypal on our secure Website. Sorry, we are unable to accept cheques or cash.
1. Whenever you find an item you like, simply click the "add to cart" button after you select your preferred Colour, Size and Quantity.
2. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart in the top right hand corner of any page and select "My Cart".
3. The Shopping Cart presents you with all items you have chosen. You can change quantities or delete items from this page before continuing. Once you are satisfied that you have all your items, click "Update Shopping Cart" then select "Proceed to Checkout" located in the bottom right hand corner of the page. In the "Checkout" page, you can choose to check out as a guest, register or enter your login details if already registered (email address + password)
4. In the "Billing Information" section of the Checkout page, enter your Personal Details, Billing Details and Shipping Address. If your Billing details are exactly the same as your Shipping Address, you can simply click the "Ship to this Address" button to save re-entering this same information. If your shipping information is different to your Billing Information, please enter the address details of where you would like your parcel sent to. In the "Shipping Method" page, the Shipping cost will be displayed. Once you enter all information, click the "Continue" button at the bottom left of the page. If already registered with us, this information will automatically appear to save you time!
5. In the "Payment Information" section of the Checkout page, please enter your exact name as it is displayed on your credit card, your credit card number, your CVN number on the back of your card (last three digits on the signature strip) and the expiry date. Please double check this information and then click the "Continue" button in the bottom left corner to process payment.
6. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the checkout process.
7. If you receive an error message after entering your credit card details, your payment has not been received and you are not guaranteed supply. Please re-enter your details or contact us directly to order by email email@example.com,

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible - usually within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location. During the Christmas/New Year and end of season sale periods, orders may take 5-10 working days to process/dispatch.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Post, which takes 2-5 working days from dispatch, (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in Australian capital cities.
Freight will be calculated at the checkout, after your delivery address details have been entered. Alternatively, you can obtain an estimation of the freight cost using the freight calculator in your shopping cart.
Although eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may have sold out of certain products, particularly if it is from our Seasonal Collections which is produced in limited edition quantities. In the event that a product ordered has sold out, we will advise you prior to dispatch of your order. However, during sale periods contact prior to dispatch may not be possible, due to the volume of orders being processed. In this instance we will refund you for the items not available.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International which takes approximately 2-7 working days from dispatch (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays).

eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® can deliver worldwide however rates vary depending on destination and product weight/size, which will be calculated at the Online Store checkout just prior to you confirming your credit card details. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International. Freight charges do not include any possible duty, taxes or customs charges applicable for specific countries.
International orders take 3-7 working days from dispatch to metropolitan areas of major cities, or 10-12 working days outside of these areas. Please note that possible customs inspections may delay delivery by a few days.
Important Information for International Customers
Please note that the shipping charge on your order does not include any possible taxes and/or duties that may be incurred due to the destination country's Customs regulations. The responsibility for any such Customs duties, taxes etc is that of the recipient upon delivery into the destination country. We are required by law to list the advertised price for our items on the Customs documentation, and to accurately list the contents of your order. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. RETURNS / EXCHANGES
eeni meeni miini moh® + e3-M® products purchased at full price from our website (Online Store) or eeni meeni miini moh® + e3-M® Brisbane retail store can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original swing tags and packaging attached and are accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Exchanges are available within this time if you have purchased an incorrect size/colour. In accordance with Health and Safety Standards we are unable to accept returns / exchanges for underwear products.
WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Postage for Returns/Exchanges must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include either your credit card details so that we can charge your credit card for the Freight of the replacement product or alternatively, please include an Australia Post Express Post Satchel (which is trackable) so that we can dispatch your replacement product without delay. If a current season eeni meeni miini moh® product purchased at full price from our website (Online Store) is faulty please Contact Us immediately.
WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.
We will need to inspect the fault and will therefore request that the product be sent back to our head office in Brisbane, Australia. In accordance with Health and Safety Standards, all products must be washed prior to being returned to us for inspection. Items that are received in an unhygienic condition will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the product and the original receipt at our head office we will inspect the product to determine if the defect is eeni meeni miini moh®’s liability and ascertain what season the product is from. We regret to advise that we will only be responsible for current season defect product purchased from our website at full price, accompanied by the original receipt. If it is determined that the defect is our responsibility we will:
1. Repair the defect if possible (eg. missing button, faulty snap/zipper, broken stitches etc); or
2. Replace the product in the exact same colour/size if in stock or
3. Offer an alternative product of equal value from the same season if the customer accepts; or
4. Credit the customer the full cost of the product (including the Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight) as appears on the original receipt, back to the credit card originally used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will only refund Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight charges if we've sent the incorrect item, or if the item sent is defective. Back to top
