03. Is the product on the website the same as what is available from stores?
The complete eeni meeni miini moh® product collection is featured on our website. Our collections are also stocked by selected Baby/Childrenswear Boutiques and Lifestyle/Gift Stores (PURE Newborn range only). The amount of stock available through our Retail Partners varies - some stores carry a larger amount than others. Please visit our stockists page to find your nearest
stockist. We are unable to ascertain if a Retail Partner has a specific product in stock, as their stock levels constantly change and their stores are operated independently. If you are wishing to purchase from our  Online Store and we have sold out of a particular product, it can often be found at a Retail Partner. Back to top

04. What if the store near me does not carry the styles/products that I want?
If the store does not carry the style/products that you are looking for, they are able to order them in from our warehouse for you, if we have not already sold out of the product.   It is possible that they may charge a small fee to cover the cost of freighting the item to them. 05. I’ve noticed that you have sold out of a particular product/size/colour that I wish to purchase from your Online Store. Will you be getting more in stock? OR Could you advise which store has the product?
Unfortunately once an item is no longer available online we are not able to obtain more stock as our collections are produced in limited editions.  We are unable to ascertain if a multi-brand Retail Partner has a specific product in stock, as their stock levels constantly change and their stores are operated independently.  We suggest to go to ‘Stockists’ to view what products our independent Retail Partners stock and contact them to see if they have the product in stock. 08. Am I able to redeem a Gift Voucher / online?

09. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes.  If you indicate in the checkout options that your purchase requires gift wrapping, we will present your gift in signature eeni meeni miini moh® gift-wrap. PURE Newborn gifts for babies are wrapped in matte white paper and feature signature eeni meeni miini moh® cotton tape and sticker.  All other gifts are wrapped in natural kraft paper and feature signature cotton tape and stickers.  All prices are removed prior to gift wrapping.  A charge of $5.00 applies for this service. 11. Is your sizing average, generous or small?
All eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® products are manufactured to meet (AS1182-1997) Australian Standard Size Coding Scheme for Infants’ and Children’s Clothing – Underwear and Outerwear.  We believe that Australian sizing is fairly average - not as large as some American brands and not a small as some European brands.  Please refer to our Size / Care Guide for sizing charts on all our apparel products.  Please note:  These charts are intended as a guide to assist in choosing the correct size.  The sizes shown pertain to the ‘average’ child.  As babies and children of the same age vary dramatically in weight/height/measurements, the required size will vary also. 12. Do your garments have adjustable elastic waists?
Yes. All eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® Pants, Jeans, Shorts and Skirts featuring a zipper/snap fastener have adjustable elastic waists to accommodate for most waist sizes. Back to top

15. Do you design shoes?
eeni meeni miini moh® released a limited edition Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter Collection of footwear in 2007 which is completely sold out. We do not have any future plans to release another footwear collection. Back to top

eeni meeni miini moh® released a limited edition Collection of swimwear in Spring/Summer 2005/2006 which is completely sold out.  We do not have any future plans to release another swimwear collection. Back to top

17. How do I care for an eeni meeni miini moh® product?
Please refer to the specific Care Instructions label sewn into every eeni meeni miini moh® product that is intended to be laundered.  Please view Size / Care Guide. Back to top

18. Can I use a Nappy Wash product to wash/soak my eeni meeni miini moh® products?
No.  We do not recommend using Nappy Wash products on any eeni meeni miini moh® product.  Most Nappy Wash products contain Sodium Percarbonate which is sometimes identified as “oxygen-based bleaching agent” or “optic bleach” in fine print on the label.  Any products that contain bleach of any description can cause fabrics and metal accessories (zippers, fastener snaps, buttons, rivets etc) to lose their colour, and in some cases can cause the fabric to deteriorate.

Manufacturers of Nappy Wash products indicate the following warnings on their label which eeni meeni miini moh® strongly recommend following.
“ALWAYS FOLLOW GARMENT MANUFACTURER’S WASHING INSTRUCTIONS”
“ALWAYS CHECK FOR COLOURFASTNESS FIRST BY SOAKING A HIDDEN PART OF THE GARMENT FOR ATLEAST 2 HOURS, AND IF UNABLE TO CHECK, DO NOT SOAK”
“NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON WOOL, LEATHER, AND EMBROIDERED GARMENTS”
“DO NOT SOAK METAL BUTTONS OR ZIPPERS”
“NAPISAN CONTAINS AN OXYGEN-BASED BLEACHING AGENT.  ACTIVE INGREDIENT: SODIUM PERCARBONATE”  “SARD OXY ACTION PLUS ACTIVE INGREDIENT: SODIUM PERCARBONATE”

19. What are your freight charges?

Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Post which takes 1-3 working days from despatch, (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in capital cities.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders $100 and over (Australia only. Excludes sale items).

Delivery within Australia for orders under 500g will be charged at a flat rate of $7.50.

Delivery within Australia for orders greater than 500g will be charged at a flat rate of $9.90.


Freight will be calculated at the Checkout, prior to you confirming your credit card details. Alternatively, you can obtain an estimation of the freight cost by entering your Country, State + Post Code in your Shopping Cart (Prior to Checkout).

New Zealand
FREE SHIPPING for all orders $200 and over (New Zealand only. Excludes sale items).
Delivery to New Zealand for all other orders will be charged at a flat rate of $14.95.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International which takes approximately 2-7 working days from despatch (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays).
Please note that customs inspections may delay delivery by a few days. Any possible taxes and/or duties which may be incurred by New Zealand customs are the responsibility of the customer.

International
eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® can deliver to most countries however rates vary depending on destination, product weight/size, applicable duty, tax rates for specific countries etc. Freight will be calculated at the Online Store checkout, just prior to you confirming your credit card details. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International. Freight charges do not include any possible duty, taxes or customs charges applicable for specific countries. Back to top


20. What are your delivery times?
All orders are processed and despatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible – usually within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday, not including public holidays) if the product is in stock. Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Post which takes 1-3 working days, (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in capital cities. International orders will take longer depending on location. During the Christmas/New Year and end of season sale periods, orders may take a further 10 working days to process/despatch. Back to top

21. Do you have warehouse sales?
eeni meeni miini moh® / e3-M® do not have regular warehouse sales in order to protect our brand’s integrity. Our end of season sales are held twice yearly (in store and online) in January and July. Every few years however, we do have a rare warehouse sale, which excites everyone in Brisbane and gives all the opportunity to experience eeni meeni miini moh® + e3-M®! Back to top

22. What is your Returns/Exchange/Refund policy?
Returns/Exchanges for products purchased directly from the eeni meeni miini moh® website (Online Store)
eeni meeni miini moh® + e3-M® products purchased at full price from our website (Online Store) can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original swing tags and packaging attached and are accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Exchanges are available within this time if you have purchased an incorrect size/colour. In accordance with Health and Safety Standards we are unable to accept returns / exchanges for underwear products.
WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY.

Postage for Returns/Exchanges must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include either your credit card details so that we can charge your credit card for the Freight of the replacement product or alternatively, please include an Australia Post Express Post Satchel (which is trackable) so that we can despatch your replacement product without delay.
Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition and please send all Returns/Exchanges together with your contact details to the below-mentioned address:

We suggest that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number, as eeni meeni miini moh® is not responsible for packages not received. Australia Post Express Post Satchels have a tracking number. Please record the tracking number if using this method.

Refunds for products purchased directly from the eeni meeni miini moh® website (Online Store)

REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON CURRENT SEASON PRODUCT THAT IS FAULTY.
If a current season eeni meeni miini moh® product purchased at full price from our website (Online Store) is faulty please Contact Us immediately.
WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.
We will need to inspect the fault and will therefore request that the product be sent back to our head office in Brisbane, Australia. In accordance with Health and Safety Standards, all products must be washed prior to being returned to us for inspection. Items that are received in an unhygienic condition will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the product and the original receipt at our head office we will inspect the product to determine if the defect is eeni meeni miini moh®’s liability and ascertain what season the product is from. We regret to advise that we will only be responsible for current season defect product purchased from our website at full price, accompanied by the original receipt. If it is determined that the defect is our responsibility we will:
    1.    Repair the defect if possible (eg. missing button, faulty snap/zipper, broken stitches etc); or
    2.    Replace the product in the exact same colour/size if in stock or
    3.    Offer an alternative product of equal value from the same season if the customer accepts; or
    4.    Credit the customer the full cost of the product (including the Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight) as appears on the original receipt, back to the credit card originally used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will only refund Post Packaging, Insurance and Freight charges if we've sent the incorrect item, or if the item sent is defective.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds for products purchased from a multi-brand Retail Partner

For current season products purchased from a multi-brand Retail Partner, contact needs to be made to the store directly for their Returns/Exchanges/Refund policy. eeni meeni miini moh® cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased from a multi-brand Retail Partner. Proof of purchase will be requested. If the product was purchased at full price from the Retail Partner and is from the current season, the Retail Partner will contact us and follow our “Retail Partner Return of Faulty Stock Procedure”.

We are always searching for babies and children to represent eeni meeni miini moh®!  We are situated in Brisbane – Australia and our photography is generally conducted in this area.  If you are located within/close to Brisbane, we would love to consider your baby/child for future eeni meeni miini moh® castings.  Please complete the Model Application Form and we may contact you when we are casting children within your child’s age group for future shoots.
