Delivery Information
All orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible - usually within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location. During the Christmas/New Year period, orders may take a further ten (10) working days to process/despatch.

Although eeni meeni miini moh® / e3M™ makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may have sold out of certain products, particularly if it is from our Seasonal Collections which is produced in limited edition quantities. In the event that a product ordered has sold out, we will advise you prior to despatch of your order.

Australia
Delivery within Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $15.00 for the first item and an additional $1.00 for each item thereafter. Freight will be calculated at the Online Store checkout, just prior to you confirming your credit card details.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Platinum Express Post which takes 1-2 working days from despatch, (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in capital cities.

A regular post option of $9 is available for orders under 500g. If your order qualifies for regular post, this option will display at checkout. Regular post orders are only available within Australia. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from despatch.

International
eeni meeni miini moh® / e3M™ can deliver worldwide however rates vary depending on destination and product weight/size, which will be calculated at the Online Store checkout just prior to you confirming your credit card details. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post International. Freight charges do not include any possible duty, taxes or customs charges applicable for specific countries.

International orders take 3-7 working days from despatch to metropolitan areas of major cities, or 10-12 working days outside of these areas.

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our items as the Customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or Customs fees charged by your Government.
